About Rebecca


Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree of Art Therapy, is a registered Mental Health Social Worker and holds over 14 years worth of experience within the Mental Health and Trauma sectors. In addition, Rebecca holds a Post Grad Cert. in Developmental Psychiatry.

Rebecca is registered as a AMHSW with the AASW and engages in regular clinical supervision, peer supervision and continuing professional development. ​​


Rebecca has experience within the fields of child and adolesent mental health, family violence, sexual assault and adult mental health. 
Rebecca's passion is supporting women and children in their reccovery tand healing from adverse life events, interpersonal difficulties, and illness.  Rebecca aims to facilitate her clients acheiving interpersonal effectivenenss, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, self worth, reduction in shame and guilt. Rebecca aims to facilitate wihtin her clients self acceptance, authnticity of self, livnig with meaning and purpose, congruence, and joy.
